CTVET releases all 2024 Nov/Dec Certificate II Examinations results
The Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) has released the 2024 provisional November/December (Nov/DEC) Certificate II Examinations results for both the Core and the Elective Components.
The Certificate II Examination consists of two parts: the Core and the Elective Components. The Core component comprises English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science, and Social Studies, while the Elective Component includes the trade/professional area programmes.
In a statement sighted by Pretertiary.com, the Technical and Vocational and Education Commission management also said the results for the Technician, Advanced and Diploma Examinations have also been released.
The CTVET following the results release has urged candidates to request to access their results online at https://etvet.gov.gh/results/ using their index numbers and Unique Reference Numbers on their index slips.
In total, 2,480 candidates wrote the examinations, consisting of 1,705 and 775 males and females respectively. Out of this number, 1,366 obtained minimum passes in the registered subjects/components representing 55.1% whereas 1,114 failed representing 44.9%.
How to check Nov/Dec Certificate II Examination results
1. Visit Nov/Dec Certificate II Examinations result checking portal
2. Select Examination Series (May/June or Nov/Dec).
3. Select Examination Region.
4. Select Examination Centre.
5. Enter Your Index Number.
6. Select Examination Year.
7. Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card eg. 012345678912.
8. Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
9. Enter your optional Email Address.
10. Click on the Submit button and wait for your result to be displayed. This may take several minutes. Ensure that the popup blocker is disabled on your browser.
