UEW, GNACOPS opens admission for private school staff programs

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), has opened 2024/2025 admission for several tailored educational programs for private school staff.

In a blog post sighted by Pretertiary.com, the leadership of the Private Schools Council said the deadline for submission of the application for admission for all programs is October 11, 2024.

“The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the Ghana National Council of Private Schools
(GNACOPS), is pleased to announce the launch of several tailored educational programs for private school leaders,
owners, teachers, and administrators for the 2024/2025 academic session.

These programs are designed to enhance professional development and leadership competency within Ghana’s private educational sector,” the Private Schools Council said in a blog post on its official website.

Available Courses;

1. Educational Leadership Competency Program

2. Certificate in Basic Education

3. Certificate in Pre-School Program

4. Diploma in Basic Education

5. Diploma Basic Education (PGD)

6. Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Development

Mode of Delivery

All programs will be delivered through a hybrid model combining face-to-face sessions (on weekends and during vacations) and online learning via the Learning Management System (LMS).
